The objective of this sub-portfolio is to identify residential real estate developments in growth areas with healthy absorptions and the product of experienced developers with a strong track record. The sub-portfolio consists of 13 diversified apartments in the Mexican cities of León, Playa del Carmen and Mexico City. The Atentik Capital team identified the purchase of this package in the developments of Be Grand Alto Polanco, Be Grand Reforma, Aeva and Corasol (Mareazul and Lorena Ochoa). The strategy also seeks to ensure that the sub-portfolio apartments can be placed in a rental pool to generate cash flows and stabilize them for sale when market conditions are optimal in order to achieve the target returns.
